Today’s Buyers Edition topic: Open Houses 101 🏡

Open houses are a great way to get your feet wet, see different neighborhoods, and start learning the market. But they’re not always the best way to truly view a house — there are usually lots of people, distractions, and opinions flying around.

My advice? Put your blinders on and focus on whether YOU like the house. The shiny stuff is great, but also pay attention to the bigger picture — systems, upgrades, and what may impact your budget down the road.

And remember, in the Garden City market, timing matters. Homes move quickly, so being prepared is everything.
