Buyer activity picked up a bit this week with more homes going under contract, even as fewer new listings hit the market. Prices nudged higher, and sellers continue to make adjustments with more price reductions.

🏡 Kansas & National Market Note:
Across Kansas and much of the Midwest, home prices are holding strong while other parts of the country are seeing slower growth. Nationally, mortgage rates have dipped to around 6.57%, which could give buyers in our area a little more purchasing power heading into late summer.
