We had a couple of offers before “the one” that didn’t materialize for one reason or another. When that happens I always believe the buyer who is meant to have the house just isn’t looking quite yet.

A great house with great history- a family who lived here through decades passing it on to a family looking forward to making it their own 🏡

My seller, who was the executor of his father’s estate, was the neighborhood paperboy when he was a kid. After yesterday’s closing he was speaking on how much the neighborhood has changed with so much new development.

I always love to hear the stories and the memories of my clients. Every house has a past that makes it special.

Excited for the sweet buyers brought by the wonderful Daureen Hausser of Daniel Gale. What an absolute pleasure to do a deal with someone I’ve known for years. We hadn’t seen each other in a long time but as soon as she reached out to show the house I just knew we would do this deal together ❤️

Our search was pretty brief and they liked a few houses in the short time we were looking...

We even had an accepted offer on a house prior to this one and although they loved that house there were some issues that made me very concerned (which they knew) and the vibes were OFF. The universe handled it and the deal died 😅 We are all in agreement that while it was not a happy moment at the time, it was the best case scenario as they landed right where they’re meant to be.

D&B- I wish you and the boys nothing but pure happiness in your new home. The neighborhood is so lucky to have you!

My Compass colleague Paula Manna in Brooklyn brought me in on a listing opportunity in 2023. This was the house and it needed some serious help. Bad.

We had a lot of investor interest but my personal investor contact was able to give us the best offer. From there they would get into a 3-year long “relationship” (?) 😆 with the town to get this beautiful renovation done, CO in place and the house back on the market.

Fast forward to May of this year. We had the house staged by ＶＩＳＵＡＬ ＶＡＮＴＡＧＥ who did an incredible job and put it on the market.

After a couple of days of showing and a busy open house we had multiple offers and were quickly under contract at $100k over the asking price 🙌 I am so happy for my clients, the wait and stress finally paid off for them.

Thank you to agent Janet Pawson and her first time buyer for a great deal on an amazing house who waited a long time for its buyer 🏡

The sale of this incredibly special family home is one that means a lot to me.

When a dear friend trusts me with the sale of his childhood home that means so much to him and his family, and relies on me to help guide them through the stress and emotion that comes with the process, it is something I do not take for granted.
