I would like to reintroduce myself. Hi! 👋 my name is Tsui Ying, but everyone calls me Judy.



I am a mom of 2 beautiful and loving kids.



A pharmacist for 20 years, proud being St. John’s alumni.



My favorite drink is you guessed it! COFFEE ☕️



I love my LIBOR family who changed my life as an agent in the real estate industry to never be afraid to step up and become a leader.



I’m a bookworm 📚 and a nerd as per my kids. My mom should be pretty proud of this 🤣



I love to travel to places I’ve never been… alone 🌎



But I love traveling ✈️ with my kids anywhere more.

Or simply to NAR conferences.



One of my purposes in life is to be good role model for others.

As a realtor, we show up to make a difference in our industry and behind the scenes is the hard truth of losing time with family.

The multitasking and scheduling and negotiating while we are away on vacations or business trips sound crazy but so true.

This is the part that no one knows about, just something I’d like to share after many years in the business.

We always appreciate and are grateful when clients understand this and respect our times off.

We conduct our business professionally and ask for respect and patience from all parties.
