Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with F45 Training at 5191 Sunrise Highway, Bohemia, NY.

F45 Training will be occupying 3,100 square feet in the Sayville Plaza shopping center on Sunrise Highway (NY-27).

F45 is a worldwide fitness studio that, according to its website, is focused on “functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement”. It is currently one of the fastest growing fitness franchise globally, with over 1,750 studios in 45 countries.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Northwell Health, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Panera Bread, Jennifer Furniture, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Sprint.

BRESLIN REALTY'S 26 YEAR HISTORY WITH WALMART

The recent opening of a Walmart Supercenter in Yaphank, NY has Wilbur F. Breslin, CEO & Chairman of Breslin Realty Development Corp. reminiscing about his long relationship with Walmart throughout the years.

In over a quarter of a century, Breslin Realty has been involved in 12 Walmart deals throughout Long Island, starting with the very first in Middle Island in 1995.

The first Walmart Supercenter on Long Island was also developed by Breslin Realty Development Corp. It opened on Route 110 in Farmingdale in 2007 and took approximately 12 years from conception to completion.

Walmart first approached the Breslin organization about adding Yaphank to their portfolio in the mid-1990s. Despite many delays, both parties consistently revisited the project, leading to the recent opening of a 197,000 square foot Supercenter on November 3, 2021 – 26 years after the store’s initial conception.
