I left 90 minutes early, spent 35 minutes searching for parking, parked a 16-minute walk away, and still arrived on time.

Buyers don’t fall in love with square footage. They fall in love with a feeling.

The listings that get the most attention usually have three things in common:
✔️ They stop people from scrolling with a first photo that creates curiosity.
✔️ They tell a story instead of listing features. “Four bedrooms” is information. “Sunday mornings with coffee on this porch” is an experience.
