Ohm’s passion for real estate led to entering the single family, commercial and multifamily investment markets in 2016. As a real estate broker, entrepreneur and active real estate investor he has built an extensive network of experienced partners, investors, and clients. Outside of his brokerage Ohm is a General Partner in 915 multifamily units, a Limited Partner in 1223 multifamily units, and manages a multi-million dollar real estate investment fund. His portfolio is spread across 10 assets throughout Texas, Arizona, and South Carolina. During Ohm’s Air Force career he served in multiple management/leadership roles, was responsible for multi-million dollar operational and maintenance budgets, and supported/managed hundreds of personnel. He earned numerous national accolades and service medals all the while completing multiple degrees, culminating with a B.S. in Human Resource Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Columbia Southern University. Ohm resides in Garden Ridge, Texas with his wife, son and two dogs. During free time he enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, baseball, mountain biking, skiing, traveling and working out…basically doing all he can to keep up with his teenage son!
