While the media said home prices would fall significantly in their coverage at the end of last year, that didn’t happen.
Sure, they had valid reasons to assume that they would with how quickly home prices rose... yet this is exactly WHY you need an expert who studies the market as CONTEXT matters.

This is largely because there’s seasonality to home price appreciation in the Fall and Winter seasons and they are going to misunderstand that.
