The design and ex*****on of this community set a new standard in thoughtful and wonderful support for those who come to stay in the housing. From welcoming gathering places (both inside and out) and full-time on-site support staff to the beautiful decor contributed by sponsoring community members, this project is unmatched.

A new model for addressing homelessness is opening its doors in California.

Developed in partnership with the City of San Luis Obispo Government, County of San Luis Obispo Government, and DignityMoves, the community features 62 Azure-built units that provide interim and permanent supportive housing for 54 individuals experiencing homelessness.

⚡ Built and deployed significantly faster than traditional construction
🏗️ Factory-built using precision-manufactured light gauge steel framing and advanced off-site construction methods
♻️ Incorporates recycled materials, including exterior components produced using Azure's proprietary 3D-printing technology
🔩 Installed on innovative ground screw foundations that minimized site disturbance, accelerated installation, and maximized site efficiency
🤝 Created through collaboration among public agencies, nonprofit organizations, community partners, and volunteers

It’s almost grand opening day. 🏠

On June 8, Welcome Home Village in San Luis Obispo will celebrate its grand opening—a major milestone in the effort to provide safe, dignified housing for individuals experiencing homelessness.

One of our core missions has been to help communities address the housing and homelessness crisis by delivering housing faster, more affordably, and more sustainably. Welcome Home Village is a powerful example of what can happen when innovative housing solutions are combined with strong public-private partnerships.

In partnership with , the , and the City of San Luis Obispo, Azure provided 62 housing units that will serve as interim and permanent housing solutions for people working to rebuild their lives.

Instead of traditional foundations, the site uses seven-foot ground screws, significantly reducing site disruption, shortening construction timelines, and saving millions of dollars in civil infrastructure costs. The approach also provides flexibility—allowing the units to be relocated and the site restored if community needs change in the future.

Welcome Home Village is one of several projects Azure is helping deliver to address homelessness and housing affordability challenges.

Innovative housing deserves innovative capital.

Azure Printed Homes is excited to announce a new partnership with The Tax Strategy Center through a $15MM contract designed to facilitate tax-advantaged investments in Azure's environmentally sustainable park models.

This partnership is about more than creating new housing—it is about creating the financing infrastructure needed to scale it.

Together, we are developing a model that enables high-net-worth investors to purchase Azure units while benefiting from accelerated depreciation and other tax-efficient strategies. The program is expected to support the deployment of 100-200 Azure units initially, with a pathway to more than 500 units nationwide over the next 18-24 months.

To fully unlock this opportunity, we're seeking innovative lending partners to build a scalable financing platform for these purchases. Just as housing construction must evolve, so must the capital solutions that support it.

The Tax Strategy Center is a nationwide tax-planning firm specializing in proactive tax-reduction strategies for business owners, executives, and independent professionals.

Together, we're aligning innovative housing, innovative tax strategies, and innovative financing to accelerate the delivery of sustainable housing across the United States.
