Highridge Costa applauds Governor Josh Green’s leadership and commitment to addressing Hawaiʻi’s urgent housing needs. Creating housing at this scale requires bold vision, decisive action, and strong collaboration among state and local government, housing agencies, communities, and private-sector partners.
We are proud of our partnership with the Hawaiʻi Public Housing Authority (HPHA) to redevelop public housing communities and create thousands of new affordable and workforce homes through the Ka Lei Momi initiative. We are also grateful for the important leadership and support of the Hawaiʻi Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) in advancing affordable housing throughout the state.
There is much more to accomplish, and Highridge Costa remains committed to working alongside Governor Green, HPHA, HHFDC, and our many public- and private-sector partners to help make Hawaiʻi a place where local families can afford to live and thrive.

Governor Josh Green is making Hawaii more affordable by building new housing in our state at a scale not seen in decades — including 46,000 affordable units — which will help bring down the cost of housing for everyone. And there’s still more work to do.

Last night, we had the privilege of attending the HomeAid Hawaii10th Anniversary Gala at the beautiful Bishop Museum — and what an incredible evening it was. 🌺
For 10 years, HomeAid Hawaii has been doing the hard, meaningful work of helping people experiencing homelessness build new lives — through construction, community, and connection. That mission hits close to home for us, and we are proud to stand alongside an organization that turns compassion into action.

Here's to 10 years of impact and many more ahead. Mahalo to the entire HomeAid Hawaii team for a wonderful night.

This Saturday, we had the honor of attending the Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc. Annual Gala — and what a special night it was. 🌺

This one felt particularly meaningful. After 26 incredible years of service, MEO's CEO Debbie Cabebe celebrated her final Gala before retiring this July. Debbie, your dedication to the people of Maui has been truly inspiring. On behalf of the entire Highridge Costa team — mahalo, Maui is a better place because of your service and commitment, and we are grateful for your friendship.

And a warm welcome to Maggie Batangan, who steps in as CEO this August. We couldn't be more excited to continue our affordable housing partnership with you and the MEO Ohana for years to come.
