Swami International was established in 1978. Mittal, envisioned a company with a hands on management style- a property management company in Orange County that would be directly involved with all aspects of providing a comfortable, affordable living environment for our tenants. Making this vision a reality has been a continuous process. Swami International uses a combination of in-house personnel and outside vendors to maintain and/or rehab units. As growth permitted, we purchased our current headquarters building at 2016-2030 Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena, California. This gave us the opportunity to stock our own warehouse with commonly used supplies and materials. Economies of scale have now made it practical to directly import our own inventory from China and India. We recognize we are in a service industry and keep office hours seven days a week. We look forward to many years of continued service in the property management business.
