🎉 Congratulations to Dr. Sudha Gutti on the sale of your practice, and Dr. Jessie Chu on the purchase of your practice!

💥Lightpoint had the pleasure of partnering with Danielle Jarrell to sale this practice and real estate!

👋🏻 Transitioning a dental practice has plenty of nuance, but couple that with a real estate component and the deal becomes more complex, quickly. From debt structure, to terms, to timing, there’s 100 ways these deals can fall apart. Having a great team and committed Buyers and Sellers made this deal possible.

👋🏻👋🏻 If you’re interested in starting or buying your first practice, we’d love to connect!

🥂 Congrats again, Dr. Chu and Dr. Gutti. Proud for you both and wishing you much success in your next chapter.

🤩 Dr. Beard knew from the moment he began dental school he wanted to serve his community. One of my all time favorite stories is with Dr. Beard - he was a D1 at UABSOD and following a business club class, he approached me and said “…man I’d like to go ahead and start the process of evaluating markets to start a practice…”. Five years before his dream became a reality, he began laying the foundation of what would ultimately become Modern Dental!

🥂 Dr. Beard - we’re incredibly proud of you and Madeline on accomplishing your dream of practice ownership. We’re honored to be a part of your story, and wishing you continued success.
