I say this often but being a Realtor (like most contract/commission based careers) is hard. You work a whole lot and still sometimes don’t reach the goal or achieve the fruits of your labor. But having clients like Joshua and Sharay Bennett make it worthwhile.

Kind hearted, honest, down to earth and just overall beautiful souls. NEVER a bad attitude, and that’s saying something in this market where inventory is low, competition is stiff and offers are often one of dozens. But, they trusted God’s plan and allowed me and their lender Matt Houston to help them and they are now homeowners!!! 🔑 🏡 You and the boys have plenty of room to roam!!!!!!

Believe it or not, this is an *actual* letter of explanation to an underwriter who needed to verify all household income. They knew he wasn’t married, but they had to verify that he didn’t have a live-in partner. 🤣
