Today was a marvelous happy day! Today Jeff and Michele Gallant sold their sweet home to the Salvation Army and is packing up for the move to Madison....or rather Harvest, AL....to be close to the grandkids and family. Life couldn't be any better than that! Congratulations to them both and I am so thankful to have been included in all their plans! God is Good! We have said this so many times during their transaction and to see the smiles at the end are my favorite! Congratulations!💕

Best part of real estate is helping someone more than once. The last time we did this, it was a sad closing, leaving a home that had been home for a long time to moving into a temporary spot. Yesterday was bittersweet. I met a young couple right when they got married...moving to AL from Utah. They purchased a sweet little home in Pinson and started their family and journey in school. Later, we moved them from Pinson to Trussville, with one sweet toddler and one on the way. They weathered many challenges and made many memories in this home growing their family to 4 children and as of yesterday, they are on the move again. They sold the house in Trussville and moved to Maryland. Even though I don't see my customers all the time, when we are together, we develop sweet friendships and I love keeping up with them through Facebook and the occasional phone calls. I am wishing Madison and Matthew Smith the very best on their newest adventure and hope that we will continue to talk here and there! I also want to welcome the new family moving in from Texas, James and Kat Beardsley, a big welcome to Trussville and a home that was passed to them ready to welcome new memories and good times. Goodbyes are hard.
