I have long admired his gentle spirit and protective demeanor that's so important while helping people with their homeownership aspirations. He definitely takes his fiduciary duties seriously. He's a calm, trustworthy, gentle giant of a man who focuses on the security of your investment and the peace that it will bring. He's also known as The Bus Stop Realtor®...he loves children and he's a wonderful father of 3 and married to the love of his life, Mandy. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of spending time with Chris and his little girl.

Hi friends,
I hope you all are doing well! I wanted to personally share some exciting news — The Bus Stop REALTOR has a new route!
I’m excited to announce that I’ve joined Sweet HOMElife Real Estate and look forward to continuing to serve families and our community in this new chapter.
As many of you know, I’m a proud husband of 14 years, father of three amazing kids, Jefferson County Schools bus driver, and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people. Whether it’s at the bus stop, the ballfield, a school event, or around town, I’ve always believed relationships matter most.
For me, real estate has never been about “sales.” It’s about helping people navigate important seasons of life with honesty, encouragement, and care. It’s about building legacies, strengthening community, and being someone people can trust when they need guidance most.
I’m grateful for the support, referrals, friendships, and encouragement so many of you have shown me over the years. I truly don’t take it for granted.
As I begin this new route with Sweet HOMElife Real Estate, I’m still here to help with:

❤️ With full & grateful hearts, we welcome Danita Mordecai Ross to Sweet HOMElife Real Estate! We are so humbled to have her back in business and working with our brokerage. Danita is well-connected to the Gardendale community and you may have seen this lovely lady at Mordecai Sports or Gardendale Nutrition. Those shops are located in the shopping center across from the Gardendale High School baseball fields (our brokerage is located in that same shopping center!) Danny & Nita Mordecai are her parents (and the best landlords in the world for Sweet HOMElife Real Estate, by the way). I'm not sure if there's a sweeter family in this world than the Mordecai's.....which makes her someone that was a perfect fit for us. We love heart-centered, professional, caring agents who love their clients and their community!

FULL HOUSE! 📚 The 60-Hour Prelicense class at Real Estate Prep Academy has reached full capacity. As we begin the first night of classes, I am delighted to see the enthusiasm and drive of our students.

🙏🏻 I pray they achieve success in their forthcoming real estate careers and that their hard work pays off ten-fold.
