The state just informed me that I am essential! We are still inspecting, within limits and with safety precautions, limitations on people present and spacing

Home inspections are still happening
Yes we are still working. As long as we feel it is safe for all involved to perform any inspection we will do so. We are committed to giving you the best information possible. We are also adapting our work to meet the changing times.
We are offering a video/phone review of inspections so you do not need to attend. You will still receive the same report but will get a breakdown so you can stay safe.
We are utilizing social distancing and protective gloves during inspections to help protect everyone from the spread.

How you can help.
By limiting people attending inspections. The CDC recommends fewer interactions between people to reduce the spread of the virus. To that end if we all work to keep the inspections to a minimum amount of people we will all be doing our parts. We can also do an inspection without you present if you are comfortable. We provide the same final report and can do a facetime/video chat/phone walkthrough of the inspection and answer any questions you have from the comfort of your home.

Tomorrow take some time and go to your local Memorial Day parade , gathering or graveside services. Stop, put down your phone and listen as they play taps from an unseen location. Listen and remember these notes are for those who cannot be there.
