Meet Joshua Brown — Carson City born and raised, and a proud Nevadan for all 27 years of his life. With a Bachelor's in Marketing and 2.5 years licensed, Joshua brings fresh energy and real hustle to everything he takes on.

Off the clock, he's usually chasing his next goal — strength training, running, golf, or mountain biking — and he's got a creative side too, with a real love for video production. A lifelong Disneyland fan, he'll never turn down a trip to the park. One of his proudest moments? Running his first half marathon right alongside his girlfriend. 🏃‍♂️

His local go-to's? Stone Fly in Markleeville, Miyabi Sushi in Reno, and Lake Tahoe in the summertime. Originally from King City, CA, Rhonda has called Nevada home for an incredible 64 years and has been helping people find their perfect place for 39 of them. That kind of longevity isn't just experience; it's a lifetime of trust, relationships, and local knowledge you simply can't replicate.

Lauren has called Nevada home for 13 years, and she's made the most of every acre of it. You'll find her out in the Pine Nuts trail riding her cutting horses, setting up camp somewhere quiet, or down at Round Hill soaking up the lake. She's a strength training regular, a gardener with dirt under her nails most weekends, and she looks forward to the Nevada Day Parade every year, the kind of small town tradition that reminds you why you live here.

When she's not on horseback or on the road chasing her next travel destination, she's home with her husband and daughter, who are the center of it all. Lauren is newer to real estate-just eight months in—but anyone who knows her knows she brings the same grit and heart to it that she brings to everything else. She's the real deal. 🐎
