We're moving into a different era of real estate right now. Inventories are going up prices are coming down if you don't see the pivot you're going to get stuck. Build to rent cash out refi is looking like the transition strategy right now. I got a few lots left where I got to throw some singles on but it's multifamily here on out. The more units the better. This three family almost a rap I got floors next week then cabinets then siding and it's over.
