Oversized vehicles, including tow trucks, truck tractors, semitrailers (attached or detached), trailers over 16 feet.

Park blocking sidewalks or on on-top of grass.

Have an inoperative or wrecked vehicle, or have expired tags parked on the public street.

This initiative supplements complaint-based parking enforcement efforts by assigning deputies to patrol selected neighborhoods across Garland on a scheduled basis.”
