Word reached me today that my friend and long time client Sam Sahagian is in the hospital and on a ventilator due to Covid. Please keep Sam, his wife Lorig, and their family in your prayers. At this time, they expect recovery, but it will be a long road.

I will be in Houston on July 24, speaking to the Houston Chapter of TPREIA. I hope to see many of you there. I have some information that I think will be helpful to you on avoiding E & O claims, and also information about policy language.

I am making the rounds to the various TPREIA chapters who are kind enough to invite me to speak on insurance issues for 2018. Among other things, I will be discussing Limitation of Liability clauses during my speeches, and also have a Power Point presentation. For sample agreements, email [email protected]. I had a great weekend at Texas A & M working my booth, and making a presentation at the TPREIA conference for Real Estate Home Inspectors. Also, I was glad to see my "personal" home inspector John Cahill for the first time in a few years. Mr. Cahill was inducted into the Home Inspectors Hall of Fame.
