Filament Apartments Welcome Home to Filament! We are a dynamic apartment community in Garland and we're all about good energy. They're spacious, current, and best of all, home.

That's why we offer an exciting mix of places to connect and spaces to recharge. May we suggest getting your morning jolt at our espresso bar? Or perhaps you'd like to power up with something crafty on tap in our game room? Either way, we're sure you'll find lots to get amped up about in our lively clubhouse and fitness center. When it's time to get your glow on, we have you covered with a sparkling pool, game lawn, and outdoor lounges. And don't forget the best place to unplug: your beautifully appointed apartment.
