Who is 1st Option Title?
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, having dealt with the frustrations of not receiving timely commitments and poor customer service, Scott Horne decided to open his first direct operations title company, 1st Option Title, so that we can better serve all of our clients.

What Can We Do For You?
We Provide Title Policies for Our Escrow Closings and Other Real Estate Transactions. We work with homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors. We are knowledgeable at closing both residential and commercial transactions.

1st Option Title was started by Scott Horne as a solution to the problems he has faced himself as an investor. As an Investor and Title Attorney for the last 30 years, there are very few title defects he has not seen and cannot cure. He is here to assist the staff to ensure your closing occurs.

For the investment community we offer double closings and assignments of contracts and we can get our commitments in a matter of days, providing quick closings for you, your buyer or your seller.

We also focus on owner finance transactions, and can help you close these transactions through title, or through our law firm.
