5 Interesting Facts for the Current Real Estate Market.
These are national numbers from February, but they still apply here in Texas.

1. First of all, we have a 2.9 months supply of homes - so inventory is still tight (normal market is 4.6 months) but of the homes sold...

2. 20% (1 out of 5) of homes sold over list price - (4 out of 5 are selling at or below list);

3. 26% (1 out of 4) of homes were purchased by first time home buyers;

4. 33% (1 out of 3) of homes sold were bought with cash;

5. 21% (1 out of 5) of homes sold were bought by investors.
