So here are some pictures of the Wilson house. Today we have a few touch ups and then up for sale. This house was a 2 bedroom 2 bath, we turned it into a 4 bedroom 2 bath. It’s 1550 sq’ . Ok guys so it’s been a while since the last update. With dealing with city of Wilson and there permitting process ( which is supposed to take 2-3 day) turned into a five week delay. All inspections passed easily and on to the next steps. We installed the insulation, drywall and yesterday started on the cabinets and trim. Tile in the master bathroom is done so things are now moving fast. Hope to be done in 2 weeks. We will keep you updated, here are some pics. Once again we are looking to make this a new home for someone, Sale price to come. If interested call 919-999-0059 or if you have a house to sell.

Week one progress report for our Wilson fix and flip. Created the open plan by eliminating walls and adding beams. Found out the back addition floor was framed incorrectly and rotting. Re framed the whole thing. Installed an internal drain system for the water and installed v***r barrier. Just framed in for the new master bath and closet. Turning this 2 bed 2 bath into a 4 bedroom 2 bath. If you know anyone looking for a nice house in Wilson let us know.
