Gator Metal Roofing is a rapidly growing company providing North Carolina homeowners with an energy-efficient metal roof.
We need a face for our social media marketing campaigns!
We need a Social Media Marketing Content Manager who is comfortable in front of the camera and can manage all marketing content for our company.
We supply the cameraman and equipment.
We supply a company vehicle for traveling to job sites/ video shoots.
We will pay for all gas, travel, and accommodations.
We are an established company partnered with the Carolina Hurricanes offering an amazing salary and the potential to grow with us.
The candidate will have experience in website design and development, Google Ads management, social media marketing and ad management, branding/marketing, video commercials, graphic design, and outstanding customer service to our clients.
This is a full-time position working in our Garner, NC office Monday-Friday.
This is not a remote position.
Candidate must be local to Raleigh, NC, or willing to relocate.
Essential Role, Activities, and Responsibilities – including but not limited to;
Oversee day-to-day management of all social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly calendar which includes content on all platforms.
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Review data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Stay ahead of industry trends and developments while maintaining relevance with communications on all platforms.
Visit job sites to film commercials, shorts, testimonials from customers, and commentate on installations.
The perfect candidate is a self-starter who can meet deadlines.
Must be comfortable doing voice-over and camera work
Must be comfortable commentating and interviewing.
Need someone who can think outside the box and be creative.
Social Media Manager Requirements:
2-3 years of social media management experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field or applicable.
Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, and HubSpot, graphic design using Canva, Chat GPT, etc.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Proven ability to build social media communities.
Understanding of graphic design principles and ability to create media for various platforms.

Base salary with bonus and incentives can exceed 100K+ yearly.
