Waterfront community in Johnston County. 😀The fastest growing county in North Carolina. Thankfully lots of infrastructure improvements in the works and more on the way. Praying we have the 540 extension completed as soon as humanly possible. Johnston County is going to need it!!!

A multimillion dollar plan called 'The Waterfront District' is in the works near Highway 42. It would bring along hundreds of housing units, restaurants, and shops with waterfront views.

Yes I do! Constantly watching the property value increase of not only my home but the market as a whole. Don’t overthink this simple decision, to sell or not to sell. To everyone expecting the “crash” over the past few years … need I say we’re still waiting. Well, to be candid, some are waiting while others are moving forward.
