What types of things does a Home Inspector look for?

These are pictures from a 15 year old dwelling with structural foundation issues and exterior moisture damage to exterior window components there was lumber stacked in front of the exterior brick veneer to cover up the areas of damage. Vegetation covered the exterior moisture damage to the windows same dwelling with structural foundation movement to the front porch area these pictures give the client important information on how to proceed with the purchase and negotiating of the home.
