Everyone in real estate wants to know about this... Are we going to see the bubble burst? Are banks going to stop lending? Will capital markets freeze up? We have already seen several mortgage brokers go out of business. Is this another 2008 all over again or will it be WORSE?
The stock market and crypto are in the dumps. So far real estate has held its values, but if you are "in" the business you know things have changed in the last 120 days. Inventory has doubled and houses are sitting.
There is a saying that you make your money when you buy… However this is not how it looks on your taxes. You actually make money when you sell, and if you can’t sell what are you going to do?
