The greater the upfront Option Fee, the lower the lease payment. Option fee will be converted into a seller credit toward your closing costs when you exercise the option.
The rent will remain fixed.
Examples:
-Your job is your credit, need to look at 3 stubs to view the property
-Evictions must be at least three years old. And we do a background check.
-3-bedroom, 1-bath fixer-upper with central heating only(window units needed for AC) and a full basement.
-Bring your own appliances
- pet-friendly with fully fenced backyard. Live here and fix it up how you want it while you fix your credit and get you own mortgage to purchase it.
Note: there is no security deposit or down payment. The option fee is nonrefundable, This isn't a standard rental – you're responsible for maintenance and upkeep.
