🏡 22 YEARS, ONE BIG DREAM, AND NO HOA! 🏡

In July of 2025, Ben and Pamela reached out to me to discuss selling their home and making a move. We talked about their goals, what they were looking for in their next home, and a few minor things they could do to prepare their current home for the market.

Not only did they do everything I suggested, they went above and beyond! But they still weren’t sure they were ready to move!

Fast forward to April 2026, and we officially listed their home. In less than a week, they were under contract! The catch? Their buyer had a home to sell in Ohio, and Ben and Pamela needed to find the perfect home of their own (NOT AN EASY TASK)! We lined everything up with 60-day contracts, aiming for a June 30th closing.

Back in May, Ben told me:

“I really want to back this up and get into my new house before my 50th birthday on June 23rd.”

Well Ben… we got it done! 🎉

Today, June 18th, we officially closed BOTH the sale of their home and the purchase of their new one.

For the past 22 years, Ben and Pamela have lived in a modest yet stunning 3-bedroom home that was just over 1,100 square feet on nearly 1.5 acres. It’s where they raised their two sons, cared for their chickens, dogs, and cats, and built a lifetime of memories.

That chapter has officially come to a close.

Their boys are grown and out on their own. Some of the chickens, the dogs, and the cats are still part of the family, but today they moved into the next chapter of their lives with a HUGE upgrade!
