Here’s one that we finished alittle over a month ago thats under contract with a buyer!

Some of these projects can be mentally and physically draining until you look back and see how far you’ve come..

I believe that’s the only reason why we keep coming back for more!

We’ve been slow about posting lately but here’s one that we have been working on behind the scenes for the last two months and it’s starting to take shape..

It took us alittle over a month to finalize permits and building plans with Lincoln county on this one but we’re starting to make progress with hopes to bring another solid product to the market of Lincoln County!

If you guys have any insight as to what color we should paint this one please let us know! Alabaster White and Westhighland White has been our go to colors but would love to hear from anyone else regarding colors they have seen that looks great!!

We are still in the ugly stages on our Moon St project but we’re finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Permits, plans and engineering letters always slow down a project but we’re hoping to have this one wrapped up in a few more weeks.. We are still not sure if we are going to hold this one for a rental or Flip it but it’s always nice to have equity to allow for mutiple exit strategies if you buy right.

We’ve been accumulating land for a while and I think it’s time to start building some rentals so we are not running into so many unexpected issues with these remodels.. Stay tuned for the finish project!

Building our Rental portfolio one property at a time! A lot of sacrifices made but one day it will all pay off!! These next batch of rentals will go into our children’s name which makes these rentals that much more special!!

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted as inflation and interest rates have made it alittle harder to find fixer uppers that makes since from a numbers standpoint.

But, over the last few months we have been on a little roll as we have flipped several properties to other investors and have been able to add two houses and 3 Lots to our portfolio which has been great!!

Everything in Real Estate is about the numbers and sometimes when the contractors estimate or the material cost will not allow the property to work, a little Sweat Equity will go a long way to combat against Inflation🔥🏡!!

We’re a few weeks late on this post but we finally closed out the beautiful N Grove St home in downtown Lincolnton!
Some flips are tougher then others but this one was by far the toughest. We bought this home right in the middle of covid and dealt with a numerous amount of setbacks along the way that caused this project to take a little over a year to finish. But, none the less we completed this beautiful 100 year old home and the new homeowners will own an amazing home with tons of history for years to come🏡!

Designing can sometimes be the hardest part of the remodel process and can cause loss of sleep if you let it. It’s a gift that some people have and others have to work at but we truly give credit where credit is due because people who design are artist in my book and it’s harder then it looks.
