Meet Chuck, Verge Broker-in-Charge. Chuck is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina with a client-focused approach to buying and selling. In addition to his real estate expertise, he is the owner of a local coffee shop called Queen City Grounds. Originally from New Jersey, Chuck graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with degrees in Finance and Business Man
agement before moving to Charlotte to establish roots in the Queen City. Over the years, he has lived in various neighborhoods, including Ballantyne, South Park, Steele Creek, South End, NoDa, Villa Heights, and Commonwealth Park, where he bought his "forever home" in 2020. When he's not helping his clients achieve their home buying and selling dreams, Chuck enjoys spending his free time with his Partner Haley, in the workshop, working on renovating his old home or finding old treasures at estate sales to give them new life. Chuck's passion for renovations and home decor enables him to provide valuable insights and advice to his clients on how to enhance the value and aesthetics of their homes. He also loves spending time trying any of Charlotte’s many new restaurants, or relaxing at one of the many great local breweries with friends and his side-kick Pip, whom he adopted from SPCA in 2015.
