Bruh, this home is super CUTE! (What did you think of the video I posted yestesday? Drop a comment and let me know). It’s really hard to find homes with this type of upgrades, acreage and outside of city limits of Shelby NC. So yes, if you’re one of those people who want chickens or goats in your backyard. This is the place for you. Me I’m on the other hand is literally scared to death of chickens but that’s awhole different story. Everything in this house is less than 2 years old.

Now the great thing about this property is that the current sellers have a FHA loan with 2020

I’ve had to remind myself of this the last few weeks. We live in a world where everything is literally at thumbs reach, that instant gratification Society. Rather it be work, life or overall health. Things take time. Understanding that it’s ok when things move slowly just as all as it’s moving forward.
