Who likes “FREE”?
In life, free stuff is nice. In business, free stuff is amazing.
We offer numerous free items with our shoots. Things that normally cost quite a bit extra when using some of our competitors.
1: Drone photos. Drone photos are always free when doing a full shoot. If doing Drone Only, then it’s just the cost of standard exterior photos. I am a firm believer that 95% or more of listings, need Drone photos. So we provide them at no extra cost.
2: A virtual twilight styled photo of the front of the house, is always free when doing a full shoot. We include a second one, whenever there is a pool. So that way you have one of the front and one of the back where the pool is.
3: Property boundaries are always free, so long as drone photos can be obtained.
4: Floor Plans. Floor plans are included free with any full Photoshoot.
5: Item removal. We remove unwanted and unsightly objects from the photos. Because sometimes things are missed or unable to be moved prior to the shoot, we got you!
6: Sky replacement. On those yucky days, we replace the sky with a more desirable sky while maintaining a realistic appearance.
7: Fireplace and TVs. We add fireplace fire, so long as the fireplace is capable of having a fire. We also put nice scenic images on the TV screens, so that they are not a blank, boring screen.
8: We do not charge by the photo amount, so you don’t have to worry about paying extra for an increased amount of photos. We have literally never had anyone say that they needed more photos when doing a full shoot with us.
