et out to own a local business in her hometown. After obtaining her real estate license in 2005, she continued her education and earned her Texas Estate Broker license in 2012. After many years of working solo, Kristi formed On Point Realty and established her team of real estate professionals serving clients across Central Texas. A proud Christian, wife, mother and sister, she puts pure heart and passion into all facets of her personal and professional life. Leslie Mooney joined the team as Buyer's Agent shortly after obtaining her real estate license in 2017. Following graduation from Gatesville High School, Leslie earned her degree in marketing from Tarleton State University in 2008. After working in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Leslie's heart led her back to her hometown where she worked as a teacher at GISD before joining the fast-paced world of real estate. Aside from working with our local buyers, Leslie is a full-time wife and mama of two who loves learning new things, spending time with family, and enjoying the serenity of small town living! Finally, fellow Tarleton grad Kathy Smith serves as the team's Transaction Coordinator. After a well-respected 30-year teaching career, (29 of those years were happily spent at Gatesville Primary School), Kathy retired...only to soon obtain her real estate sales license in 2018 and join her daughter, Kristi, at On Point! Kathy is a natural-born teacher with a love of helping others and now, she dedicates her time to working with our clients to help them better understand the process from the contract phase all the way through closing.
