⚠️ “Regulation is coming for Smokies STRs. It’s only a matter of time…”

That’s the narrative.

But here’s the reality 👇

📜 Tennessee state law protects STR owners.

Local governments cannot restrict short-term rentals except for very specific, narrow public health reasons.

That’s not speculation.
That’s written into state statute.

Think about that for a second.

In most markets, investors are:
🏛 Watching city council meetings
😬 Hoping regulations don’t change
📉 Pricing in uncertainty

In Tennessee?
