The corner spa has been scrubbed clean for the fall season, and now the other spa is closed today and tomorrow for the same reason. We will have it open again on Thursday.

The fireplace inspections for buildings 7 and 8 are completed. Tomorrow, they will finish the work with buildings 6 and 3.

One indoor spa will be closed for the rest of today and all of tomorrow for cleaning and maintenance. The silicone requires 24 hours of drying before we can refill the spa. We chose today and tomorrow because it is a quiet week for rentals.

Schedule change!
The fireplace inspector has moved to building 1 this afternoon rather than building 3.

Fireplace inspections today will take place in buildings 2 and 3. (4 and 5 were completed yesterday.). Tomorrow, they are likely to inspect buildings 7 and 8, which will leave 1 and 6 for Thursday. This is a tentative schedule.

The office will be closed this weekend.
The lobby will be open from 8 am to 4 pm so that people can pick up brochures, use the change machine, and play in the arcade. The pools will be open their regular times, and the laundry room is always open.

The outdoor swimming pool is scheduled to close on October 26, 2026 for the season.

The office and lobby will be closed on Monday, September 7 for Labor Day. The pools will be open the usual hours of 9:00 am to 9:45 pm.
