Especially in East Tennessee, what you want to do with a property matters just as much as the property itself.

🏡 Want to use it as a vacation rental? Check local regulations, zoning, and whether short-term rentals are allowed.

🔥 Planning to add a fire pit or outdoor features? Ask about restrictions, safety requirements, and any community rules.

🚐 Want to park an RV or camper? Verify whether the property and its restrictions allow it.

🏗️ Thinking about building later? Make sure the property’s zoning and restrictions support your future plans.

🐕 Bringing pets or planning outdoor space? Check HOA rules, if applicable, and any property-specific restrictions.

The key is simple: Don’t just buy for what the property is today—make sure it works for what you want it to become. 🏔️

When you’re buying property in East Tennessee, it’s easy to fall in love with the house.
