A couple days late posting because this upper respiratory has been trying to take me out 😅 BUT YAY — we officially made it to the closing table! 🙌

This one means a little extra. From navigating the market to making sure everything lined up for the next chapter, I’m beyond excited for my sellers and so thankful they trusted me through the process. Thank you Dustin and Maddie for allowing me to help, and for the extra hugs from your babies and fur babies along the way 🧡

Real estate can definitely be a roller coaster sometimes, but moments like this make it all worth it.

So excited for my sellers as they officially close this chapter and move forward into their next adventure! It’s always bittersweet saying goodbye to a home filled with memories, but such a blessing to see it become part of someone else’s story.

Congratulations to the buyers as well, and thank you to everyone who helped make this closing happen! Working with Sheena Fletcher on this transaction was an absolute pleasure, and I definitely hope we get to do many more deals together in the future! 🖤
