Jeff introduced Wendie to the Ranch in 1967, and they were married the following year. After 10 years of recreational use, Jeff and Wendie purchased Parcel 3 in 1972; the seventh parcel sold by the developer. Jeff and Wendie established Hollister Ranch Realty in 1981. Since that time they have been involved in at least one transaction involving over 100 separate Hollister Ranch parcels. In fact, Hollister Ranch Realty has completed more Hollister Ranch transactions than all other real estate companies combined. No one else has the expertise or the experience regarding Hollister Ranch as do Wendie and Jeff. Theirs is the only company to work full time providing personalized and customized service to buyers at the Ranch.
