What a fantastic day on Thursday, September 18th at the Cheboygan Golf and Country Club for our annual outing! With 13 teams and a full-on Western theme, the energy was high and the competition was fierce.

🎉 Congratulations to our Winning Team: Cheryl Schlehuber, Russ Schlehuber, Phil Smith & Dean Bach They crushed it with a score of 57 — that’s 13 under par!

👒🐴 Best Dressed Team & Cart goes to the fabulous Pink Ponies: Missy Koszegi, Paul Koszegi, Brian Lange, and Chet Wallace Y’all brought the flair and fun in true rodeo style!

The Water Wonderland Board of REALTORS® proudly announces the recipients of its 2025 scholarships, awarded to three outstanding students from the region.
• David Millikin of Grayling, MI, has been awarded a $3,000 scholarship. He is currently pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in Business and Resource Management at Michigan State University. David is also completing his third year as an intern with Keller Williams in East Lansing. His long-term goals include becoming a financial advisor and investing in property development, rentals, and sales.
• Kendyl Frydrych, a 2025 graduate of Roscommon High School, has been awarded a $2,000 scholarship. She plans to attend Northern Michigan University this fall to pursue a degree in Elementary Education, with aspirations to earn a master's degree and ultimately become an elementary school principal.
• Grace Lindgren of Cheboygan, MI, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship. A 2024 graduate of the College of Wooster with a degree in Mathematics, she is now pursuing a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Project Management at Northern Arizona University. Grace also serves as the Graduate Assistant Women’s Golf Coach for the NAU Golf Team, and her goals include earning a PGA Class A Membership and building a career in collegiate golf coaching.
The Water Wonderland Board of REALTORS® congratulates David, Kendyl, and Grace on their achievements and wishes them continued success in reaching their academic and professional goals.
