A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping this incredible buyer purchase her very first home. Fast forward to today: she’s thriving in a great career, surrounded by a wonderfully supportive family, and now raising two sweet kids with her partner. We first connected with these clients back during COVID when they were relocating from California back home to Minnesota. Sight unseen, they trusted us to guide them through a virtual tour and close on a home in Arlington. Fast forward through a couple of life chapters—helping them sell that first home in Arlington, then finding this wonderful property in Hutch a year later. And now we just closed on the sale of their Hutchinson home! They’re officially downsizing to spend less time on house maintenance and more time doing what they love: traveling the country. 🚐🌲

A special closing outside our usual map! 📍 Sold in Trimont!!!

We recently stepped outside of Sibley County to represent both sides of a truly meaningful sale.

The sellers are long-time clients of ours, and the buyers were a resilient family looking for a fresh start after losing their home to a fire. Wanting to help them get back on their feet, our sellers were incredibly generous and worked with them to push through a quick close.

Representing both sides always takes a lot of trust, but when everyone has the same goal, things just click.
