Curious how many of you would like to see an a-la-carte real estate service with charges accordingly? When I list a property, I make every attempt to be at my clients house for every showing, inspection, etc. I rarely use lockboxes for that reason alone. Now that technology is advancing further, and people are working more and more from home, I'm wondering if homeowners would want to be more involved in the process for a reduced charge. Just thinking about it... Let me know your thoughts.
