Built in 2010, this cottage was built exclusively to be enjoyed as a beach vacation rental! The main floor includes a bedroom with queen bed, full bath with custom tile shower, great room with cozy gas fireplace, galley kitchen with loads of space and counter seating, lakefront dining and cozy enclosed porch with swing that leads out to the deck. The 2nd floor includes a loft with daybed, bedroom with queen bed, full bath with tub/shower and cozy reading nook overlooking the great room and views to the lake. The lower level studio includes a queen bed, full bath with shower, additional dining area, wine bar counter with seating and walk-out access to the grilling porch and path to the beach. Central air, first floor washer and dryer, cable and internet are all included with this family friendly cottage!
