We officially wrapped up our 2025 Red Zone Challenge, and what a competition it was! 🔥 Ten teams went head-to-head, pushing hard to score big and finish strong. Congratulations to every single participant for putting in the time, discipline, and effort to grow your business and set yourself up for an incredible 2026.

For six weeks, you showed up, focused on the details, and proved that the little things truly make all the difference. 👏

I started my real estate career in 2010, when the market was still declining and the industry was in a real bad way. I knew I was at the right place, because we had a leader that was not pulling back, he was actually investing in our technology, and our agents. I have seen many examples of this throughout my time here at Baird & Warner. Now is no different! The market over the past couple years has not been the best, the industry is going through a lot of change, and there are some costly obstacles. Even with all of that, we have a leader that is pushing forward, investing in a rebrand, investing in cutting-edge marketing technology, negotiating with vendors to bring more value to our agents and clients, and much more. Today I am grateful to be part of a forward thinking company that is determined to provide the best service to our agents and our clients! Thank you Steve Baird and our entire leadership team!
