A little taste of summer to carry into fall. 🍅🍂

One of my favorite ways to preserve the tomatoes from my garden is homemade passata—a simple tomato purée that’s incredibly versatile in the kitchen.

With the skins and seeds removed and just a little fresh basil added, you’re left with the freshest tomato flavor that can be used as a base for sauces, soups, and so much more.

There’s something so satisfying about turning the last of the garden tomatoes into something we can enjoy all season long. ❤️

Sometimes the best real estate deal isn’t a house. It’s protecting the home you already love. 🏡🌳

Frank and Ellen loved their home and they loved having the open land next door. They wanted to make sure that space stayed open, so they decided to purchase the property themselves.

The asking price for the land was $37,000.

After negotiating on their behalf, we were able to get it for $23,000.
