A STORM UPDATE from our very own TOM SKILLING!!!...

I don’t think this is going to be too bad north of 88...Its south of 88 that may see the most significant weather...Again, per my 1st post, "Be Safe” watch your local News....

2nd...if you do get some damage, you were in some significant wind and some hail...CALL ME OUT to look at your home, it will cost you nothing and potentially save you time, aggravation and THOUSANDS $$$...
I know what to look for, even if it can’t be seen from the ground, even if you go up on your roof ( BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL!!!) and I can advise you of your options, especially if you think you might want to file a claim...
You want to check you policy 1st, this is very complicated, some of your policies have changed on renewal, and they won’t give you "obvious" notifications, these changes are generally to your deductibles, or relevant to the age of your roofs, I can also give you an idea of what your heading into in terms of how to file who to call, and what to expect, to avoid the insane run around...

Some of these insurance companies are hiring people and training them to deny ANY and ALL claims and they are 100s of miles away from you...Most insurance companies no longer send adjusters out...just picture takers...it's a very frustrating process, even if you know the paths...

I do 25+ claims a year...USE ME!!!!...I'm FREEEEE...lol

Hey everyone, we have some potentially serious weather happening in our area...
At the minimum, high winds heavy rain across the area...
Winds can and do seriously damage roofs and siding...
Also, there's a potential for hail...hail, can cut into your roof life expectancy, by 25-75%...or more...
PLEASE prepare for these storms, anything that can fly, will, so bring it in or secure it best you can...especially trampolines and light outdoor furniture, garbage cans...
And don't hesitate to call me out to look at your exteriors...this is a good time of year to have me inspect everything to make sure its all good...I think that what we would call peice of mind" for the most important asset we own, our homes...Please BE SAFE...keep and eye on the sky after 4pm and keep your favorite local weather on the tv...and on your phone incase we lose power...lets hope this is nothing serious, just some good spring rain ...

Hey everyone, obviously some serious weather passing through our neighborhoods...1 # keep an eye on the weather apps and if you here sirens, get to a basement or safe place...2nd, if you or anyone you know has damage, or even thinks they do, message or call me...I can take a look, sometimes some damage isn't obvious...

I'm very good with the insurance claims, I know how to navigate through these insurance companies, they do NOT like to cover what you are paying for in your homeowners policy....
