Cheers to a successful closing today that almost didn't happen!

At the final walk through my buyers and I looked up in the attic (pull down staircase) and it was still completely full of 30 years of the sellers life!
We asked for a credit at closing or to have it all removed, easy fix right?
Seller declined and argued it was just simply missed and they would not be doing anything!

Well my awesome attorney Michael LaCava stood his ground and this match became quite entertaining to watch... although a bit too close for my liking! Talks of walking out were real because of the audacity of the seller to not even want to compromise!

2 hours later we were toasting with champagne!🍾🥂
Congrats you two love birds!

Moral of the story:
Please don't forget to empty out your attic!
