Happy Memorial Day!

Hopefully everyone had a pleasant and safe holiday weekend. While we may be grilling and enjoying the warmer weather I'd like to take a moment to remember those who are not with us today.

Most people have a loved one in the armed forces. Myself and my family are grateful for their service and sacrifice. Today we remember those who came before those currently serving. We keep their memory alive in honor of their service.

DID YOU KNOW:

This time last year I was traveling internationally in Japan. During that time I was also working - with a 13 hour time difference. It didn't matter what time it was for me; if my client, the seller's agent, the title agent, or the loan officer called, I was picking up the phone and making sure the transaction went smoothly for everyone involved.

How many people do you know that completely check out while on vacation? Not me, I'm still on the clock working for you - anytime, anywhere.

Did you know I am a real estate agent in Delaware (aka a Realtor)?

I'm sharing this because not all of my family, friends, and community may know I am a real estate agent and want your business! I know most people know someone or are related to someone in this business. You won't hurt my feelings if you don't use me, I just want YOU to know what options you have available to you. And, it'd be pretty awesome if you did use me.

I work in all three of Delaware's counties to provide the best service possible. I'm also not just a "buyer's agent," I can take on listings and help you sell your home as well as buy a new one.

Something that sets me apart as an agent is that I'm not afraid to get down and dirty for you - I come to showings in jeans and sneakers because if there is a crawl space, attic, or other "yucky" place you don't want to or can't check out for yourself, I'm checking it for you. I want you to have as much information - the good, the bad, and the ugly - about a property before you consider submitting an offer.
