One thing I’ve been reminded of recently is how lucky we are to live where we do. Central Kentucky is full of beautiful surroundings, kind people, and so much to do.

Whether it’s grabbing coffee downtown (shoutout to Serendipity in Midway), showing up for local events (like Keeneland or Juneteenth), or just walking Main Street, there’s so much life in our communities. It’s why visitors are always in awe about our “slower” pace and hallmark settings.

I’ve always believed real estate is about more than houses. It’s about the businesses that make a town feel alive, the people who build community, and creating places people actually want to live. I have to say, I’ve been terrible at posting, but I’ve been soaking up all the new and old businesses, being involved in my community, supporting local, and appreciating everything that makes Central Kentucky feel like home.

Central Kentucky is full of beauty. From the rolling farms to the historic towns that dot our landscape. It’s why I love what I do.

Central Kentucky isn’t just where I work, it’s where I grew up, learned about the land, and built relationships that matter.

Amongst this beautiful area I call home, I’ve learned which farms have the best limestone soil. I’ve learned which historic homes have the most storied history. And throughout my career in real estate, I’ve learned how to negotiate in a market that doesn’t always show its cards, just like ours.
